Feature request: Show bulletins

I am able to send bulletins from APRSdroid, but it doesn't look like incoming bulletins show up on the Hub or message view (they do show up as received packets). It would be helpful to support this special non-addressed message type either as a message or in the Hub.

HELLO! Why the APRSDroid application does not respond to messages sent via Rf (The Internet does not intet me) addressed to ALL and does not receive BLN?

Looks like that is a feature request already, and is slated to be added in version 2.0. Programming isn't magic, takes time, and effort, and patience.
