CTCSS for Voice Alert / AFSK stereo split

When working in AFSK mode, the following might work:

• [ ] implement stereo channel split for AFSK modulator, with separate left/right options for:
  • [ ] AFSK
  • [ ] PTT signal
  • [ ] Voice Alert
• [ ] decode CTCSS signal on incoming audio data
• [ ] output audio with CTCSS to "the other" channel on TRRS, or to phone speaker
• [ ] allow some sort of voice input from phone mic --> CTCSS encoded forwarding?

It's been a while since I looked at the audio interface on Android but seems like I remember that an external headset/mic would generally replace access to the on-phone speaker/mic, however, access to an external Bluetooth headset could still be selected. That might be another option to get audio in/out through APRSdroid to the radio as long as a small delay is OK.
