Will not transmit - TNC (KISS), Bluetooth SPP

Will not transmit. I've tried APRS-IS AND TNC (KISS), Bluetooth SPP. Doesn't even try according to the log. Receive works great but the transmit stopped working. I think this might be a regression.

Consistently reproducible?

Confirm TNC to radio connection, and GPS signal availability?

Init command TNC: Put this in you APRSDroid config If you have connected via Bluetooth and are paired it should work. I’m able to connect to a raspberry pi 4 running Direwolf 1.5-beta4
