No audio output on AFSK
Using APRS-IS work great while trying to audio out on AFSK with 3 different devices gave zero results.

Tried all 3 without any plugged audio out just to use the speakers but that gave me nothing.
I've checked permissions of the app and all the permissions are granted, so that ain't the issue too.
You need to have GPS reception and you should "Start Tracking" for the app to transmit position. Then you should be able to use the phone volume buttons on the main APRSdroid views to change output volume. When it transmits, it will also show a green TX line in the log, does this happen?
I'm having similar tx issues with 3 different devices. All 3 rx fine. I have the green text in the log.
What is the "Audio output" you've configured for AFSK? Have you checked the Android volume for the respective channel?
I've tried all 4 audio outputs in the afsk menu. All come through a earphone when I tx. Volume is at Max, assuming I'm controlling the right volume. Also tested vox so I know that's working.
At wits' end with this now. 4 android devices. 3 cables. Still no tx. It's taken me a embarrassingly long enough to isolate it to no/sporadic tx audio by listening through headphones and speaker. Sometimes it'll tx a very short burst that wont trigger vox. Most of the time I just wait and it transmits nothing even after it eventual says it did. Sometimes after it transmits a blip it immediately stops tracking. All AFSK audio outputs have been tried. Preamble has been set from 0 to 25000. What am I missing?
I am also experiencing this issue of no audio. I have tried a few things with different results. I have tried with headphones plugged in but no sound is sent when i send position. I have tried without anything plugged in and with all the different audio output options with still no sound. I have tried this with 3 different devices at this point with no luck. I am downloading the source to see if i can debug it to not just be a complainer.
Had similiar issue until I stepped outdoors. It seems that when there's no GPS reception, then AFSK send is not working?
AFSK should be independent of GPS, however APRSdroid won't send a position report if you don't have GPS.
