create AngularJS/REST CRUD for defining REST URLs for resources

I would like to develop functionality that allows the end-user to create a conference (name, date range), then create tracks, and fill in talks and speakers for the tracks, then have optaplanner come up with the optimal configuration to minimize track overlap, and to make sure rockstar speakers don't get scheduled before noon (etc). This would be nice because it could be rolled into a product/service that conference organizers could use. Additionally expose the schedule as something similar to what devoxx does (but have no discrepancy between track titles and their references in talks).
