Generic plugin - Dropper

We need a plugin that identify and extracts (dropping on disk) all the possible artefacts from a file/binary/buffer.

https://github.com/gdt050579/GView/tree/main/GenericPlugins/DropperStrings should become part of this dropper (or integrated with).
