USB Mini V2 board with Wemos D1

I'm trying to use your insights to get my USB mini V2 board working with a Wemos D1 mini. Still struggling with pin assignments. You say:

Connect INT to GPIO5/SCL/D1. See the short blue wire in the photo

My SCL is busy with an LCD display, so I like to use another pin for INT. Where can I change pin assignment in software?
