Feature request: Add support for Octoprint_macro

It would be great if you could add support for Octoprint_macro. It would fit well with the concept of easy management of your printer from your phone as people could create any macro and then just run it from OctoPod. Macros are just started from a button and I think your application only needs to replicate the button text and button press. Editing of macros would still be best done from OctoPrint.
