Can't scroll comment section on youtube shorts

On YouTube Shorts, I can open the comment section, but I can’t scroll through the comments. Since there’s no visible scrollbar, I first thought that might be the reason. I tried scrolling with the mouse and also pressing f to focus elements, but it still didn’t work.

I’m wondering if this is an actual bug, or if there’s a known fix or configuration I’m missing. Let me know!
