In the video I try to find for the word 'search' using / command. After writing the first letter, 's', vimium-c searches for s, and all the next letter 'earch' seems to be accepted as a command for normal mode. So the 'r' in 'search' is refreshing the webpage.

In this video i try to find for word 'education'. however after typing 'e', the 'd' is interpreted as 'down' command in normal mode. One thing to note is that the notifier at the right bottom doesn't disappear as well, and lingers(I am not sure if this is default behaviour)
FYI i use English/Korean keyboard that maps right alt for switching between the two languages.
This happens for me as well on Firefox - any intermediate solution or at least can we map / to firefox's find bar?
I don't have a deep understanding, but I deleted and reinstalled two or three times and suddenly the issue disappeared.
Doing so doesn't work for me - but in the process I deleted the extension's preference. Hopefully Firefox syncs it back.
Same thing for me in zen-browser. firefox fork. It is extremely annoying
