Move tab to first/last position

Right now, I use moveTabLeft/moveTabRight with repeats to get there but it would be convenient to have a dedicated shortcut, to treat the tabs like a queue.

If you give a "very big" repeating count to moveTabLeft, then Vimium C will move it to the first position. And the count should be larger than total tab numbers * 2

99 because - it's max number for my fingers to use easily
