In visual mode, `p` and `P` behaviors are swapped

Describe the bug

After pressing v and selecting some texts, pressing p should paste it into the current tab. However, it unexpectedly opens a new tab, behaving like P, while P pastes it into the current tab.

Browser, OS and Vimium C versions

  • Browser: Chrome 130
  • Vimium C version: 2.11.3
