Ieee Xplore search results page keeps loading on Arc browser.

Describe the bug

When open the ieee xplore web page and search, the result page will be loaded all the time, and the same situation also appears on the specific paper details page.

Browser, OS and Vimium C versions

Browser name: Arc browser
Browser version: version 1.58.1 (53264), Chromium Engine Version 128.0.6613.85
Vimium C version: 2.11.3
OS name and version: MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1

Sorry it seems a known bug just like https://github.com/gdh1995/vimium-c/issues/1226 and I'll fix it in days.
