Map a keyboard layout to English, for search in Bookmarks etc. too

Hello,

Can we also have the "Map a keyboard layout to English" feature in the search functions of bookmarks, etc.? (https://github.com/gdh1995/vimium-c/wiki/Use-in-another-keyboard-layout#map-a-keyboard-layout-to-english)

Example, I type "δεω" in Greek, while I wanted to type "dev" in English, and I get no results:

It would be nice to have results for both "δεω" and "dev", like what JetBrains does, so that I do not need to delete what I typed and retype again.

This feature request has been filed some years ago, sorry but I still have few time to implement and test this big feature in the foreseeable future.
