Fix tests badge

[JR-1991]

The badge for tests did not work due to a name change in the workflow. This PR fixes it.

On this occasion, we could clean up some of the unused badges:

• coverage - Travis is inactive at the moment and the coverage does not represent the actual one.
• docs - Since we plan to switch to mkdocs in #181 we could also drop this one.
