Family sharing is not working properly

ICloud3 itself works well. I can see my own devices in the Family Sharing List. Mac, AppleWatch and the iPhone.

But I don't see my parents in the list. They are connected to my ICloud as family members and I can also see them with the Find my app to locate them. When I restart ICloud3, only my devices are shown in the EventLog. My parents' iPhones do not appear in the log. Am I doing something wrong or is it no longer working or has it never worked before?

Compare the location setup on your iPhone with thier’s to make sure they are the same. Verify that _Location Sharing _ is enabled on thier phones.
