Do MusicBrainz CD lookups from app instead of depending on CTDB

CTDB hasn't been updating links from TOCIDs to MusicBrainz discs/albums for almost a year now. Instead of waiting on a fix for it, it might be better for CUETools/CUERipper to do the MusicBrainz lookup itself so CD information can still be grabbed that way.
