Dashboard -> Process Query incorrectly handling Concurrent task limit

If you have a Query that you use as the input to a Pipeline (via the Process icon), and you set a Concurrent Task limit on the Processor Filter then the Query only runs the number of tasks specified rather than the full number of streams resulting from the Query
