JSON Parser doesn't report part number on ERROR

currently we get Unexpected character ('a' (code 97)); was expecting comma to separate Object entries at [Source: (stroom.pipeline.xml.converter.json.ReaderLocator); line nnnnn, column nnn]

The column and line number correctly point to the position in the part, but we don't get told which part.
