Percolator Style Analytic Creation

Elastic search has a feature called percolator that allows you to effectively save a query and it be run during document indexing to find matching documents during ingest. These matches can be used to create alerts etc. It would be good if we could add a similar feature to Stroom so that when you have created a query on a dashboard you can then apply it to ingest for the index. This could be used to create an active channel, statistics, alerts etc. Statistics generated as a result of this process could then be used for higher order analytics spotting trends etc.

An initial version of such a capability for Stroom (Rules from Search) has been created on a branch.
