The XSLT function is parse-uri or at least it will be when stroom #567 is fixed

The dashboard functions are: extractAuthorityFromUri, extractFragmentFromUri, extractHostFromUri, extractPathFromUri, extractPortFromUri, extractSchemeFromUri, extractSchemeSpecificPartFromUri, extractUserInfoFromUri
