ProxyStore to support HTTPS

Describe the new feature you'd like Get proxy store to be configured to work with both HTTP or HTTPS

Why do you want this feature? Some of our user have overridden proxy store to do this.

I think this requires further information. I'm not aware of anything which would prevent use of HTTPS or require overriding. If the remote graph endpoint URL uses HTTPS then this should be used. This does require investigation.
