Add configuration item for running the bot as yourself

Create a new boolean configuration item to signify that the bot and the user will be in the room at the same time. It is tricky for new SO users to have multiple ids with more than 20 points so this would make it easier for new users to get started with the bot. This could be used to stop automated responses to errors to top being chatted to death by Eliza.
