auto-move-windows moves only the first window of each application

Hi,

The "auto-move-windows" extension moves only the first window. Ex: I set a rule for Pidgin application. When program starts, main window moves to the selected workspace, but when people chat me, new windows opens on current worspace. It's very annoying!!!
