BPGN loading and move times loading/rendering

Action items:

• We should load ratings from BPGN too - see BPGNs returned by bmacho containing tags like these: WhiteBElo
• Review more carefully if move times are imported and the reconstruction of clocks on partner board works as expected
• After BPGN import redirects to the round page for the newly imported game, scrolled to the last move, the clocks seem to be incorrectly showing initial time or some other wrong time. Only after scrolling some moves and back to last move clocks seem to get correct values
