Some redshift fits in GOODS stop at z=1.5

The first pass through the redshift fits in the GOODS fields was only run up through z=1.5 to avoid timing out in AWS lambda . Should check for objects that look like they have good redshifts and refit extending the redshift range to include [OIII]. The redshift fit range is stored in redshift_fit in the zmin and zmax columns.
