Bug in fit_catalog

The fit_catalog method that replaced fit_parallel in 2b3caf870d7ec8f95d6ae52e8e7cade9cab84675 has a serious bug in the iteration over redshift steps in that it evaluates the TEF at the unit index of the redshift grid rather than the redshift itself!
