sabconnectplusplus Add support for Gingadaddy

Gingadaddy looks like NZBsRus so I'd think they are the same, if not then similar. With NZBsRus' Api going off and on it would be a good alternative.

This site is horribly coded, charges after 5 downloads, and is actively hostile. They need to clean their stuff up but I get the feeling that it's not really maintained by somebody that knows what they're doing.

This will throw the link in a reasonable place (assuming it doesn't change for "VIP"): $(this).parents("div[id^='row']").first().find(".pstrow").last().prepend()

Make sure to stopImmediatePropagation() since the site will hammer the click handler in a loop....with the anchor's href passed in in lieu of jQuery's event object, which is pretty wtf. One will still get through so make sure to handle that.

I suppose an option would be to find and kill off the offending handlers. But I'll leave this to somebody else that has more motivation.
