NZBIndex "Send to SABNZBD" needs to use filename not URL
I believe this was fixed for some other providers - When using the direct "Send to SABNZBD" link on NZBIndex, it's sending the URL name to SABNZBD, which often contains illegal characters - breaking local linux file operations. It should send the download name instead.
Don't use the context menu option if one click is supported for a site. The context menu option is a last resort, and can't be customized to behave differently on different sites.

FWIW - I found a patch written to fix this issue for one of the other providers back when sabconnect++ was still in google code: http://code.google.com/p/sabconnectplusplus/issues/detail?id=30
Did you try the "nzbindex.com: Use display name instead of NZB filename." option in Sabconnect++ ? Enable or disable it.
