Scrolling broken on ezchan.org

Works fine if you add ezchan.org to the excluded pages list, or in another browser without smoothscroll.

Could be something on the page causing it, I've asked the dev to investigate. But I thought it would be worth investigating here to see if you could give him a hint on why SmoothScroll doesn't like the page
