Not working in WYSIWYG editors

This extension doesn't seem to have any effect when scrolling inside an HTML WYSIWYG editor. You can see this in action on these 3 pages for example:

This is particularly noticable when working in WordPress as the editor takes up most of the post edit page.

I for one would be extremely grateful if this could be fixed (if at all possible) as scroll speed in Chrome on Linux is slow AF and not a trivial task to change. SmoothScroll has been a lifesaver for me (except for this one minor annoyance)!
