HUD Positions Offset

Option in Config to place the HUD any wear on the screen.

Functionality:

• Player chose HUD position as normal -- Add Positions: in all 9 positions directions (at the moment only 4 are supported) [centre+mid; left+mid; down+centre ; etc.]
• Add Option "Offset Horizontal" (+/- infinite pixel)
• Add Option "Offset Vertical" (+/- infinite pixel)

Opertunitys:

• Place the HUD where you want
• No conflict any more with other mods that adds stuff in corners

Version: 1.12.2 (would be great)
