[Suggestion] Merge publication related sections in resource overview

It seems there are too many sections in overview. Some of them can be merged with Publication (Namely: Visibility, Auto-publishing, probably Registration). Thus, the publication will have an “Edit” button, after clicking on which the user will be redirected to a page with functionality from these sections. We can also move the publishing organization selection out of the basic metadata since it is not part of the metadata.

@peterdesmet What do you think if we do that for the IPT 3? We currently have no place for the publishing organization. It'll also make the overview page shorter

Proposal to have one section for publication (and nothing in metadata) sounds good. Also food to do that as part of IPT3.

Currently in the IPT 2.7.x the publishing organization is in the basic metadata. In the IPT 3 I just temporarily put it in the overview/publication:

With this we can move the publishing organization change behind the overview/publication/edit, example:

Would be good to see the page (design) users are presented after clicking the Publish/Edit button.
