Improve sorting of suggest results

The suggest seems to always place synonyms and doubtful species before accepted species: https://api.gbif.org/v1/species/suggest?datasetKey=d7dddbf4-2cf0-4f39-9b2a-bb099caae36c&limit=10&q=Passer

One often ends up on the wrong page when browsing species pages using the suggest.
