Description

There's quite a bit of duplicate code between:

We should remove the duplicate code. I see that the Visualization capabilities gui plugin was added in https://github.com/gazebosim/gz-sim/pull/988, probably done when we're moving toward splitting gui / rendering code into more modular plugins. Maybe it's now safe to remove the code in RenderUtil.cc
