`Grid3D` is not working

Grid3D is not working, I can see the following error in the terminal

[GUI] [Err] [Plugin.cc:132] Can't find [:/Grid3D/Grid3D.qml]. Are you sure it was added to the .qrc file?

and Grid config is not able to get the Scene.

this is happening in the mainbranch at least.
