Support rabl-rails

The README says that rabl-rails is supported, but there are no corresponding tests. It was assumed that CI was testing rabl-rails, but in reality, it was only testing rabl while thinking it was testing rabl-rails. Currently, tests that use rabl-rails are set to continue even if they fail. I want to fix this so that rabl-rails is properly tested.
