imput voltage and frequency is shown wrong

i have an input voltage of 239~240Volt at 50Hz and the NUT Client shows me 220 Volts. It seems that my QNap NAS 431+ didi not provode the input voltage to the client, could this be the reason? Even the 50Hz are not always there, my other appliction shows 49,88 to 50,26 but the client gauge always shows 50Hz.
