Building on Windows?

Is there any documentation for building this project on Windows? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I don't know how to use Windows, but I'll leave this open in case someone else does.

As workaround, with the current version (0.1.1), I think if you just create the functions everything will be fine.

But you must replace @extschema@. with nothing
