GUI Rendering Issue

Describe the bug When opening the GUI/Settings GUI weird dark blueish lined slowly move over the screen vertically.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: X. Open the GUI

Expected behavior Render the screen without moving vertical blueish lines.
