Stop All tabs

Can you add an option to stop all tabs activity options page would be something like > foreground tab shortcut > all tabs shortcut >

This wouldn't be very hard to add, though I don't really have time to do it... (The code would look basically like that of the other shortcut, except background.js would not filter by current tab.) What is the use case for it?
