Activate the extension by default after page loading on the sites with blacklist / whitelist

It would be super cool if this extension can be activated all the time after the page loads. For example: the page loads and no animations happening after that. It would be great if there would be possibility to whitelist / blacklist sites for that.

For now user has to press the button every time after page loading if he/she wants to stop webpage animations.
