Mz-NH600D will not connect or get recognized by my PC (win 10) or Laptop (win XP)

I purchased the model stated here and I cannot connect this to any computer that I use with many OS versions. On theis Win 10 PC< I ran the Zadiag with the Hi-Md connected and the driver installed correctly and succe4ssfully. Still the Platinum MD software does not recognize the Device, but it appears that its detecting something. is there something I missed in the install instructions? is there a DLL I'm missing? Anyone please advise.

If you go into settings -> troubleshooting, see if you can see it being detected (under the USB tab), and which mode it's connected under. image

Insert a regular minidisc into your device, and you may need to set disc mode to "MD" - on your MD device, this is usually under Options -> Disc Mode -> set to MD. This is usually only an issue when using a blank disc.

You may need to run Zadig again when it's connected in "normal MD" mode.
