HiMD transfer of FLAC->MP3 unplayable

I noticed when trying to send a few FLAC files to HiMD that it would not play on the MZ-M200 I have (same model as a MZ-RH1). I will probably have to dive into why it's not converted to a format that is playable, and post some findings here. This is a placeholder for now.

Very strange. When selecting the FLAC and sending it as mp3, it will convert it, then send it over. It will be unplayable. If I copy the temporary file generated in the conversion stage and then send that one over, it will play...

It uses the conversion like so: ffmpeg -i file.flac -y -ar 44100 -acodec mp3 -b:a 256k -ar 44100 file.mp3

@Shadester What happens if you try to convert it with a different tool first?
