Progress % not working on Windows 7

On Windows 7 the progress bar isn't working for me. Two different machines. The console shows "zu of zu bytes (zu%)" as it is sending the file to the portable. It worked correctly on my Windows 10 machine. I know the % calculation worked correctly on the previous release, even though there was no progress bar yet.

I don't have a windows 7 machine to test on, will have to try and work out the best way to check this. I suspect it might be something to do with the new linux-minidisc binary that's been compiled/bundled...
