There is no way to take over the download of the Edge browser

I am the latest version of Edge browser and the latest Motrix, after following the operation steps, I can't take over the download of Edge browser, please help me

the problem also not working with brave browser latest version too

It works fine after I change the 16800 port to something else, weird problem
