add support for right to left text

As someone who doesn't write right to left, it's hard for me to visualise how this would work so I googled some arabic bill memes. There's actually a couple but the bulk of them would result in quite a few changes actually:

1. The image is flipped because in a right to left world, it makes more sense to have the image on the left instead so that the text can begin on the right instead of guessing where it should begin on the image.
2. I've no idea how to say Bill in Arabic so it would be a requirement for a name to be input.
3. There are no Arabic memes and, since I don't know any Arabic, I can't suggest any. I also have no way of typing in Arabic without probably offending someone out there so it's probably best someone who is fluent writes some, otherwise you'll have half-English, half-Arabic memes.

Nevertheless, I can get a couple of these.
