problem on MacOS Catalina Java SE6

While opening SequenceMatrix on the OSX Catalina I got the message that we need to install Java SE6, yet it is impossible since there is a new version of Java on Catalina. Will there be any updates of this excellent application for the new MacOS? Many thanks!

Hi there! Could you try running the JAR file from https://github.com/gaurav/taxondna/releases/tag/v1.8.2 and let me know if that works? The old SequenceMatrix.app won't work on macOS, but I'm hoping to fix that with #70.
