This issue may already have a thread, but I was unable to find it.

I want to export nexus files of many loci from Sequence Matrix. While the default format for this isnt exactly the "naked" format you get when exporting single loci in that format, it is close except for the fact that taxon names are in apostrophes. This is an issue with MrBayes. Is there a way to export many loci without taxon names in parentheses?

Forgot to say that I am exporting a file for each locus, not concatenated.
