BLAST single sequences

Upload to the website and then go to the right URL.

A basic implementation is up at [blast-sequence faa4f51ed277]. Three things need to happen before this is merged into master and closed:

  1. Add this to the main menu and the right-click menu.
  2. A ProgressDialog of some sort to tell users that web connections and whatnot are happening.
  3. A clickable button (in Java 6+) to take you straight to the BLAST results.
